Healthy Lifestyles Promotion
This section has been created to facilitate the identification of important factors (e.g. knowledge, self-efficacy, attitudes) to measure in healthy lifestyle projects and valid and reliable measurement tools. Information is provided for both children and adults. Please note that healthy lifestyle grantees will have an opportunity to work with the Foundation's evaluation firm to review appropriate outcome measures and select the most appropriate tools.
