Bob Dickinson

MIAMI, FL –May 1, 2018 – Health Foundation of South Florida announced the election of Bob Dickinson to its Board of Directors. The board leads the largest philanthropy dedicated to improving health in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.

Bob Dickinson held positions with Ford Motor Company, RCA and Carnival Cruise Lines where he was president & CEO, the highest-ranking executive at the world’s largest cruise operator, prior to retiring in 2007. Dickinson is Chairman Emeritus of Camillus House and is a trustee for St. Thomas University.

According to Health Foundation of South Florida President & CEO Steven Marcus, Ed.D., “Bob knows how to lead organizations in tackling complex issues, and shares the Foundation’s focus on creating communities that are more resilient, sustainable and equitable places to live. He added, “We’ve worked to make sure our board members have the right skills and backgrounds to be strong stewards in our impactful work.”
